Role Overview:

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in
financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysis
, eager to grow into a
client-facing banker
in the coming years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the investment banking team in
    deal execution, financial modelling, and valuation
    .
  • Conduct
    market, industry, and company research
    to support client pitches and transactions.
  • Prepare
    pitch books, investment memos, and financial analysis reports
    .
  • Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders during deal execution.
  • Gain exposure to live deals, gradually progressing toward
    client management and origination
    responsibilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience in
    investment banking and corporate finance.
  • Background from
    back office and mid office of large foreign IBs
    or
    boutique advisory firms
    preferred.
  • Strong expertise in
    financial modelling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving
    .
  • Ambitious, outward-looking, and motivated to build a career in
    front-end investment banking
    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
