Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager in Investment Banking, located in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, assisting clients in financial decision-making, and facilitating debt, equity funding, and M&A transactions. The role includes regular interaction with investors and fund seekers, providing them with tailored financial solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Debt Finance, Equity funding, and Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Business development skills with a focus on identifying new opportunities
  • Solid analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • High level of customer service orientation and commitment to client success
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications are a plus)
  • Prior experience in investment banking, financial services, or a related industry
