We are looking for a potential partner who could independently handle fund raising, merger and acquisition related assignments of the firm. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant having more than 10 years of experience in the said field.

The candidate/potential partner would be responsible for the following:

  • Help clients raise money by issuing stocks or debts. This includes pre-IPO placements and managing Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
  • Handle in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations of our clients.
  • Advise clients on buying or merging with other companies, which involves valuing the companies, structuring the deal, and managing negotiations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into a company's financials and operations to identify risks and opportunities for a transaction.
  • Ensure standards and procedures maintained by whole team.
  • Identify and capitalizing on opportunities and prospects for new work.
  • Business development, including working with colleagues in other teams.

Remuneration is not a limiting factor for the deserving candidate.
