Our client is a SEBI registered “Category I Merchant Banker”, an Investment Banker offering, Funds raising Debt and Equity, Debt Management, restructuring, and Debt raising for NBFC, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Service, Renewable & Infrastructure companies

They are in the process of launching a Debt focused AIF and a Platform for enabling Lenders to evaluate, bid and Lend to MSME with majority of process from origination, underwriting to disbursement done digitally and mínimal physical process

Headquarters in BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex), Mumbai & branches at Ahmedabad & New Delhi.

Founders & team collectively have over three decades of experience in raising debt & devising and structuring innovative structures for mobilizing debt and debt solutions for NBFC / Corporates

This organization also has extensive experience and expertise in Special Situation Financing, helping stressed/distress Companies in fundraising.

Job Title: Business Development - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities
- Junior level executive for origination and client servicing in Debt Market including bonds, NCDs, Term Loans, Structured Finance and Working Capital for Corporate

Chartered Accounts involved in Loan Syndication will be preferred

Key Skills:
Mandatory:
Should be ready to travel across India
Should be able to work independently to generate his own lead and bring it to a closure stage for the company

Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Sat off)

Reporting to: Senior Business Development Head
