Investment Banking - Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt and Capital markets - Domestic and Cross border deals
- Client Management activities starting from ideation, pitching, deal origination, internal business & credit approvals, documentation, execution & booking of deals.
- Client marketing support includes detailed pitches, term?sheets, industry trends, client mining & opportunity identification.
- Analyze industry, industry and markets; assisting senior bankers to manage relationships with clients; client onboarding including KYC, compliance and coordinating between client and internal processes; securing credit, risk and other approvals for deals and annual reviews; managing client interactions andliaisoning with other product teams based on client requirements; working on internal processes including client committee, budgeting exercise; internal reporting activities
- Industry research & insights to facilitate decision making process
- Budgeting and assessment related work
MBA / CA with minimum 3 years of relevant Investment Banking experience
- Experience in completing either M & A or Debt/ Capital Market or leveraged buyout transactions
- Strong Analytical skills and knowledge of products, sectors and business line
- Coordination with internal teams (Risk, Compliance, Legal Operations etc)
- Industry and client research, preparation of materials for pitches
- Independent analysis and deal execution management
- Ensure smooth functioning of business by monitoring and maintaining the accounts / projects both externally and internally
- Network across business and product lines
- Presentation and communication skills
