Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting in end-to-end recruitment — including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Maintaining and updating intern and employee databases, attendance, and performance tracking sheets.
  • Coordinating onboarding and documentation for new interns/employees.
  • Supporting in drafting offer letters, certificates, and HR-related communications.
  • Helping plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
  • Managing HR-related queries and supporting the HR manager in daily operations
