Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Sales & Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, drive online sales growth, and ensure seamless execution of marketplace operations. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end e-commerce activities for multiple brands and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow client accounts across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho.
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and ad campaigns.
  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with creative, cataloging, and operations teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Build and maintain strong communication with clients to understand their goals and provide solutions.
  • Analyse sales reports, performance data, and market trends to improve ROI.
  • Stay updated with marketplace policies, algorithms, and e-commerce trends.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce account management or online sales.
  • Hands-on experience with seller dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, walmart,flipkart etc.).
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
