Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and market research.
  • Qualify leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Conduct initial calls to understand client requirements.
  • Explain IT services, digital solutions, and product offerings.
  • Schedule demos, follow-ups, and sales meetings.
  • Research target industries, competitors, and market trends.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with sales, tech, and marketing teams.
  • Collect and share client feedback for improvement.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance and lead conversion reports.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT services/software solutions.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and lead-generation platforms.
  • Ability to handle client objections and build rapport.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and quick learner.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with SaaS, web/mobile development sales.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to create basic sales documents and pitches.
