Role Overview
We're looking for energetic and motivated
Business Development Associates
who can help us grow our network of property owners and assist tenants in discovering their ideal rental homes.
You'll be the bridge between homeowners and customers, ensuring both sides experience a seamless rental journey on Blue Brick.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to property owners and explain the benefits of listing their properties on the Blue Brick platform.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners to onboard new listings.
- Connect with customers who have submitted rental requests and show them relevant property options.
- Maintain an organized record of leads, listings, and customer interactions.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up.
Training (OJT)
- Duration:
12 days (no sales targets during this period). - Focus: Product understanding, communication, negotiation, and client handling.
- Candidates demonstrating strong learning ability and communication during OJT will be considered for
permanent employment
