Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role located in Lucknow for an Ecommerce Manager. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations, including product listing, inventory management, sales optimization, and performance tracking. Day-to-day tasks include analysing market trends, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, implementing promotional strategies, and ensuring seamless user experiences on various marketplaces & e-commerce platforms. The role also involves regular monitoring of website performance metrics and driving initiatives to achieve sales targets.

Job Role
Listing and maintaining products across categories on leading market places like amazon, flipkart and company owned platform

Creating digital marketing campaigns, promotions & tracking for performance

Working closely with sourcing & product teams

Order Management & Fulfilment

Reporting & MIS

Experience
Minimum required experience in this domain for at least 5-10 years

Qualifications
Proficiency in E-Commerce management and Sales

Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making

Effective Communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Marketing expertise to strategize and execute promotional campaigns

Experience in e-commerce platform tools and business analytics software is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
