Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter / HR Intern who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. The role involves end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate engagement, and supporting HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong career in HR and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports.
  • Follow up with candidates for documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR documentation.
  • Participate in career fairs, job drives, and recruitment events (as required).

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed Graduation / Post-Graduation in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
