Sr. Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Client and Account Management:

● Supporting day-to-day management of accounts and developing relationships with clients.

● Assisting in project coordination and management, under the supervision of senior team members.

● Collaborating with the creative team to contribute ideas and help in the concept creation.

● Working with the client to understand their vision and bring it to life

● Provide key insights and analytics as per the client's requirements.

2. Social Media and Brand Strategy:

● Leading in the development and implementation of social media strategies for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

● Contributing to brand awareness campaigns and community management initiatives.

● Ensuring brand consistency in marketing and social media communications.

● Supporting the tracking and analysis of social media performance, using insights to guide future campaigns.

3. Communication and Team Collaboration:

● Facilitating communication between various departments to support an effective operating environment.

● Working closely with Campaign Managers and Planners to align with brand strategy and meet client needs.

4. Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● A minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in digital marketing or in an advertising agency.

● Experience in social media marketing (organic & paid)

● Leadership and management skills.

● Experience in relationship management, strong verbal and written communications skills

● Familiarity with social media channels and tools.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

● A passion for learning and the ability to work in a challenging, dynamic environment.

● Understanding of the latest social media trends and how to leverage them for business advantage.

5. Good to haves

● Experience in client relationship management or team collaboration would be a plus.

● Familiarity with social media research tools for audits and reporting is a bonus.
