Job Summary:

Nithin Groups is a diversified business group with interests in hospitality, real estate, and

allied sectors. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day

accounting operations and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have

experience in handling accounts for hospitality or multi-unit businesses and possess strong

analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including payments, receipts, and journal

entries.

 Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable efficiently.

 Prepare and maintain ledgers, bank reconciliation statements, and vouchers.

 Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation.

 Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

 Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.

 Maintain accurate documentation of bills, invoices, and financial records.

 Support management with budgeting, expense tracking, and cost analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or group company

environments.

 Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

 Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

 Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
