Basic Qualifications (Required Skills):

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Cloud Support Engineer role.
  • Strong understanding of AWS, cloud infrastructure, Unix/Linux-based operating systems, command-line tools, and configuration management utilities.
  • Hands-on experience with various AWS services including IAM, Lambda, ECS, S3, Security, VPC, Load Balancing, Monitoring, and Audit.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging AWS-based applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze root causes and propose effective solutions in a large-scale enterprise infrastructure support environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and functional issues to development teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices.
  • Working knowledge of at least one scripting language such as Shell or Python.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Prior experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Relevant AWS certifications that demonstrate expertise and commitment to cloud technologies.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Cloud Support Engineer capacity.
