Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with 8 to 15 years of technical expertise, including mandatory experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in ABAP development, Fiori app integration, CDS views, and a solid understanding of SAP functional modules. This role demands leadership in technical design, development, and delivery of complex SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP ABAP development across implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
  • Design and develop custom solutions using ABAP in SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Develop and extend Fiori applications and CDS views for modern SAP UI and data modeling.
  • Build and optimize RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to SAP development standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across SAP modules.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8 to 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Mandatory experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects.
  • Strong expertise in classical and object-oriented ABAP.
  • Proficiency in Fiori app development, CDS views, and OData services.
  • Experience with ALV reports, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and IDOCs.
  • Good understanding of SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, HCM, PP, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • SAP S/4HANA certification.
  • Exposure to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
  • Experience with SAP Workflow, Web Dynpro, and integration technologies (PI/PO, APIs).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
