Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.

Primary Responsibility:

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely production support to end-users.

  1. Own and manage Custom SAP Extractor Module (development, enhancement, and maintenance).
  2. Understand client requirements by coordinating directly with their representatives and clarifying technical needs.
  3. Work with multiple SAP teams (FI/CO, MM, HR, BW) to ensure smooth integration across modules.
  4. Develop high-quality ABAP code based on functional specifications and perform thorough testing.
  5. Build and support integrations using SAP PI/PO, APIs, and H2H (host-to-host) connections.
  6. Support key SAP modules such as SD, FI, and MM during development and integration.
  7. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely production support to end-users.
  8. Optimize and improve existing programs, ensuring performance and stability.
  9. Prepare documentation such as technical specs, test cases, and change logs.
  10. Train end users and client teams after project delivery or system changes.
