Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing sales training, managing sales operations, and driving sales growth. The specialist will also be expected to communicate effectively with customers and team members to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide effective training and support for sales teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Previous experience in the fashion industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
