Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hubli. The Collections Manager will oversee and manage the collection processes to ensure timely recovery of dues. Responsibilities include setting up strategies for overdue accounts, monitoring collections performance, collaborating with field agents, and maintaining positive client relationships. The role also involves preparing reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing improvement measures to optimize the collection process.

  • Experience and proficiency in collections management, debt recovery, and credit control
  • Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills
  • Analytical thinking, data assessment, and planning capabilities
  • Sound understanding of financial services and regulatory compliance
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools like MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
