Branch Sales Manager-LAP Loans-Dharwad

Job Description :
- The BSM role is target based . Responsible for overall Sales target achievement for the branch on month on month basis
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to achieve sales (LAP) targets
- Expertise in day-to- day operational work like loan disbursement & recovery mechanism
- Must be open to travelling. Regular visits to understand the ground pulse of both customers and employees.
- Maintain Overall portfolio quality
- Maintain collection efficiency for the area
- Team Management & Productivity
- PDD management and document retrieval management
- Physical verification of customer business and property.
- Setting sales targets for individual Sales officer and team as a whole.
- Coordinating with local advocate for property related reports.
- Coordinating with staff members for smooth flow of loan process.
- Reach the set targets by motivating staff in a right manner.
- Will be responsible for TAT for Customer Service /staff request closures and retention of the existing portfolio.
- Good knowledge of the local area
Work Experience:
- Minimum experience of 5-7 years in LAP Sales from NBFC/ Banking Sector
- Team hiring and management experience is mandatory
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate & or Postgraduate.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Language Proficiency Kannada & English / Hindi
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good Communication skills with clarity of speech and thought
- Must have knowledge of local area, competitor knowledge/ updates
- Good at stakeholder management and engagement
- Must have a can do attitude and the willingness to learn and grow
