We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, handle invoicing, petty cash, and support financial documentation. The candidate must be experienced in Tally ERP and Excel with strong knowledge of accounting entries and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally ERP.

· Handle all types of purchase entries, general expense entries, and export bill entries.

· Manage TDS working and ensure timely compliance and deduction accuracy.

· Prepare and maintain GST compliance, including returns and reconciliation.

· Generate and manage E-Invoicing and E-Way Bills as per government norms.

· Preparation and recording of Debit Notes & Credit Notes.

· Maintain and reconcile Petty Cash transactions and records.

· Assist in day-to-day accounting support, documentation, and record keeping.

· Maintain proper file management of invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.

· Provide support during internal and external audits.

· Prepare basic MIS reports using Excel.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).

· Good working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).

· Strong understanding of TDS, GST compliance, and general accounting principles.

· Knowledge of E-Invoicing & E-Way Bill generation.

· Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

· Attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com/M.Com).

· 1–3 years of relevant experience (as per requirement).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
