Mon- Sat; 9:30 a.m. 6:00 p.m.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles, coordinating interviews, and supporting overall HR operations. This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce aligned with our company values and goals

Key Responsibilities:

* Source candidates through job portals, Social Media, referrals etc.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

* Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.

* Assist in on-boarding formalities for new joiners.

* Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / or relevant field.

* 48 years of experience in recruitment role.

* Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

* Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Excel, ATS, HRMS)

Key Skills:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proactive and self-motivated.

* Team player with a positive attitude.

* Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
