About The Role
You'll ensure every Uni Seoul order moves fast and flawlessly—from confirmation to doorstep.

The role requires precision, strong follow-ups with logistics partners, and daily coordination with

warehouse and CX teams to maintain high fulfilment SLAs and low RTO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily order flow: pick, pack & ship across Shopify and 3PL dashboards.
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners for pick-ups, NDRs (non-delivery reports), claims, and

returns.

  • Execute COD confirmation calls and RTO prevention playbooks.
  • Track and report daily fulfilment metrics: SOT (D+1 ship %), RTO %, NDR recovery %.
  • Handle return and exchange requests in coordination with CX and inventory teams.
  • Conduct weekly inventory checks with warehouse and update stock on Shopify/WMS.
  • Maintain packaging hygiene and audit outward shipments for quality.

Must-Haves

  • 1–3 years in e-commerce operations or logistics coordination, preferably with a D2C

brand.

  • Experience handling daily dispatches through Shopify, Shiprocket, or ClickPost portals.
  • Strong Excel skills (vlookup, pivots, error checks) and reporting discipline.
  • Good communication & ownership mindset — you run the floor like your own business.
