Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pachore for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's financial products and services. The role involves conducting market research, generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the team to meet overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales, marketing, and relationship building
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, preferably in vehicle and small business loans
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and client engagement
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site capacity
  • Prior experience in NBFCs or rural/semi-urban markets is a plus
  • Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
