Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of relevant experience in Statutory Audit to join our clients Audit & Assurance division. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience conducting audits under Indian GAAP and Ind AS, with exposure to diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently execute end-to-end statutory audit engagements in line with audit plans and applicable regulations.
  • Review financial statements and ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and relevant auditing standards.
  • Draft audit reports, management letters, and documentation for internal and client purposes.
  • Identify and communicate audit findings and assist clients in improving internal controls.
  • Coordinate with client teams for audit planning, data collection, and timely closure.
  • Support audit seniors/managers/partners in complex engagements and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and maintain the firm's quality standards in all deliverables.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audits (preferably with another mid-to-large CA firms).
  • Solid understanding of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and auditing principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and preferably audit tools like CaseWare or IDEA.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client audits (within city and occasionally outside).
