  • Client Relationship Management – Support the team in building strong relationships with key clients and resolving escalated issues.
  • Market Analysis – Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to adjust strategies.
  • Process Management – Ensure proper use of CRM tools, sales processes, and reporting systems.
  • Collaboration – Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
  • Motivation & Retention – Maintain a positive team culture, recognize achievements, and reduce attrition.
