
Sales Team Manager

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership – Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Target Setting – Assign sales quotas and goals to team members, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Performance Monitoring – Track sales performance, analyze reports, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Training & Development – Conduct coaching, training sessions, and skill development programs for team members.
- Sales Strategy – Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive revenue and market growth.
- Client Relationship Management – Support the team in building strong relationships with key clients and resolving escalated issues.
- Market Analysis – Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to adjust strategies.
- Process Management – Ensure proper use of CRM tools, sales processes, and reporting systems.
- Collaboration – Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
- Motivation & Retention – Maintain a positive team culture, recognize achievements, and reduce attrition.
