Job Description

Civil engineer

Only Female Candidates are preferred.

Qualification: BE/Dip in Civil Engineer

Experience: 3+Years

Structural analysis & Design, ngineering drawings.

  1. Ability to work on deadlines and within budgets

  2. Preparing monthly and daily reports detailing progress on engineering procurement.

  3. Quality Assurance and Quality control.

  4. Problem-solving skills

  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  6. Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills

  7. Complete knowledge of relevant legislation.

  8. liaising with Architect, electrician, plumber, and painter and subcontractors

  9. Analyze the results of tests on building materials, such as concrete, wood, asphalt, or steel, for use in particular projects

  10. Highly flexible with the ability to work independently or within a team environment

  11. Preparing a Reconciliation statement based on Quality of materials received, Quality of materials use and calculate the materials wastage.

  12. Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.

  13. Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, pipelines, water and sewage systems and waste disposal units

  14. Over seeing periodical repairs/ renovations, maintenance works in the existing branches and group companies.

  15. Experience in store purchase of Raw materials.

  16. Worked with subordinates of Plastering, Brick work, Shuttering, Execution, Blog building,

Concreting, Leveling, waterproofing, Labour control and Interior work

  1. Willingness to travel and work in different locations when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
