Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Navi Mumbai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on various weighing systems provided by MOKAL CORPORATION. The role involves providing technical support, conducting field service visits, and ensuring optimal functionality of the systems. The individual will collaborate with clients and the internal team to address and resolve technical issues effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Experience in Field Service activities and providing on-site solutions
  • Strong Technical Support skills with the ability to address client queries and problems efficiently
  • Effective Communication skills for client interaction and report preparation
  • Relevant work experience in weighing systems or related industrial sectors is a plus
  • Flexible and resourceful in resolving technical challenges under various circumstances
  • Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
