  • Alternate channels
  • Maintain thedatabase of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationshipthereafter
  • Accompany MSEstaffs on the field for actively driving conversion of existing borrowingcustomers into liabilities customers
  • Cross sellother products of Ujjivan such as QR, POS & TPP and pass on quality leadsto respective MSE loan officers
  • Share customer insights/product related feedback with the Branch Manager
