About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales function within the corporate travel sector. This role focuses on lead qualification, requirement understanding, proposal preparation, and coordination between clients and the sales team. The Pre-Sales Consultant will play a critical role in converting leads into opportunities by ensuring accurate communication, timely follow-ups, and well-prepared sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound sales leads.
  • Understand client requirements related to corporate travel services and document them clearly.
  • Qualify leads and assess business potential before handing them over to the Sales team.
  • Prepare and support
    proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch documents
    in coordination with sales and operations.
  • Conduct initial calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective clients to gather information and maintain engagement.
  • Maintain and update lead data, communication logs, and pipelines in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure accurate solution alignment.
  • Support sales strategy by providing market insights, competitor information, and client feedback.
  • Ensure smooth handover of converted clients to the Post-Sales / Relationship Management team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales coordination, or business development support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
  • Prior exposure to the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional email etiquette.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into structured sales inputs.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess lead quality and business potential.
  • Organized, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
