Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Presales Executive. The Presales Executive will be primarily responsible for lead generation, preparing responses to client inquiries, and supporting the sales team in their efforts to convert leads into sales. The Executive will engage with potential customers, provide exceptional customer service, and support the preparation of Request for Proposals (RFPs) to meet client requirements effectively. Collaborating closely with other team members, the candidate will contribute to achieving sales goals and company success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting techniques
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and interact effectively
  • Experience in sales and building client relationships
  • Familiarity with creating and managing Request for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Customer service skills with a focus on delivering satisfaction and resolving client queries
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the real estate or consulting industry is advantageous
