Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Gurugram. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and presenting real estate solutions tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with prospects, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth presales process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales processes to identify and nurture potential clients
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients effectively and maintaining relationships
- Experience with creating and managing Requests for Proposals (RFP) to align with client requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a competitive and goal-oriented environment
- Relevant experience in real estate or presales is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
