Job Title: LinkedIn Trainee

Role Overview:

We are looking for proactive and creative LinkedIn Trainees who are passionate about

social media, personal branding, and professional networking. This role is perfect for

someone who wants to learn how LinkedIn can be leveraged for business growth, lead

generation, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in creating and posting engaging LinkedIn content (text posts, carousels, polls,

articles).

● Research and follow industry trends to suggest fresh content ideas.

● Engage with followers and connections by liking, commenting, and replying to

messages.

● Help build and manage LinkedIn company pages and employee profiles.

● Track analytics (post reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare basic reports.

● Support lead generation and outreach efforts via LinkedIn.

What You'll Learn:

● LinkedIn algorithm and how to maximize reach organically.

● Content strategy and branding for professional platforms.

● Lead generation tactics and professional networking skills.

● Analytics tracking and performance measurement.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Marketing, Communications, Business,

or related field (preferred).

● Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and interest in social media trends.

● Strong written communication skills and creativity.

● Willingness to learn new tools (Canva, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
