Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee to support our team by posting training opportunities on job portals (such as Indeed) and driving engagement with prospective students. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in recruitment, training, and campus engagement. The HR Trainee will play a key role in promoting our training programs, attracting applicants, and assisting with candidate communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and manage job postings for training opportunities on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
  • Develop clear and engaging descriptions to promote training programs to prospective students.
  • Assist with screening and managing incoming applications.
  • Respond to queries from prospective students regarding training opportunities.
  • Support the HR team in outreach activities such as campus engagement, webinars, or online awareness campaigns.
  • Maintain and update databases of applicants and training participants.
  • Collaborate with the training and HR teams to improve applicant engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in HR, Management, Commerce, or related field preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to draft engaging content.
  • Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or Naukri is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in HR and training functions.
