Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Insights And Analytics Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Specialist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data to inform business decisions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining HR dashboards, generating routine and ad-hoc reports, conducting deep-dive analysis on various HR metrics, and providing insights to improve workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves ensuring data integrity and collaborating with HR business partners to support strategic HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and statistical methodologies
  • Experience with HR data management and HRIS systems
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights clearly
  • Experience with Excel and other data manipulation tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Experience in an HR analytics role or a similar position is a plus
