Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development-
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for life insurance products, including term plans, ULIPs, etc.,
  • Identify potential customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products.
  • Drive leads and business generation from the Banks customer base
  • Customer Relationship Management-
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with IDFC Bank customers and prospects to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide end-to-end customer service, including solving queries, providing policy details, and managing renewals and claims assistance.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to build trust and ensure continued business from the banks customers.
  • Collaboration with Bank Team-
  • Work closely with the Banks Relationship Managers and Branch Managers to ensure the right insurance products are pitched to customers.
  • Support the banks staff by providing product knowledge and guidance on cross-selling insurance.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions and presentations to the bank's team to enhance their knowledge of HDFC Life products and services.
  • Product Knowledge & Selling-
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about HDFC Lifes product offerings and keep updated on market trends.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, webinars, and presentations to communicate the benefits and features of life insurance products effectively to customers.
