Role Description

Studio OW is looking for a dynamic, multi-talented
Sales & Marketing Lead
in jaipur who can spearhead client acquisition, manage key projects, coordinate teams, and contribute creatively to brand-building. This is a hybrid role perfect for someone who understands both the business and creative side of marketing.

  • Bring in new business & build strong relationships
  • Develop marketing strategies for brands across industries
  • Manage websites, e-commerce, campaigns & creative briefs
  • Lead projects, coordinate the team & ensure things actually GET DONE
  • Spot leads, pitch clients & help scale Studio OW

Must-have skills

  • Strong expertise in
    sales and lead generation
  • Experience in
    branding, digital marketing and advertising
  • Working knowledge of
    website management
    (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
  • Understanding of
    e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent communication & pitching skills
  • Project management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Creative thinking + strong aesthetic and branding understanding
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify opportunities and design impactful campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce marketing, branding, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
