4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers for feedback or additional requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication.
5. Record Keeping
- Maintain call logs, records of conversations, and customer details.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, achievements, and targets.
6. Meeting Targets
- Achieve assigned sales or call targets.
- Work with the team to reach overall business goals.
7. Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, or support teams.
- Provide insights based on customer interactions (common concerns, interests, etc.).
8. Professional Conduct
- Maintain workplace discipline and punctuality.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
