3. Handling Inbound Calls

  • Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve issues or redirect calls to the appropriate department.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback or additional requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication.

5. Record Keeping

  • Maintain call logs, records of conversations, and customer details.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, achievements, and targets.

6. Meeting Targets

  • Achieve assigned sales or call targets.
  • Work with the team to reach overall business goals.

7. Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, or support teams.
  • Provide insights based on customer interactions (common concerns, interests, etc.).

8. Professional Conduct

  • Maintain workplace discipline and punctuality.
  • Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
