- Explain company offerings, services, and basic technical details of CNC machinery (training will be provided).
- Maintain daily call logs, inquiry status, and feedback in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups, demos, or meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and pass quality leads to the sales team.
- Maintain a professional tone and customer-friendly attitude during calls.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer handling preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp business communication.
- Prior experience in industrial products/manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle targets.

Qualification:

- Minimum HSC (12th Pass), Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
