- **Data Entry and CRM Maintenance**: Recording customer details, interactions, and updating customer databases (CRM systems) accurately.
- **Providing Customer Support**: Offering assistance to customers regarding any issues, complaints, or queries they might have.
- **Follow-ups**: Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, remind about offers, or follow up on pending sales.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Meeting sales quotas or performance targets set by the company, such as call volumes, conversions, or revenue generation.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gathering customer feedback on services or products to improve offerings or understand customer sentiment.
- **Maintaining Call Quality**: Ensuring professionalism, clarity, and a positive attitude during all calls to provide a good customer experience.
- **Reporting**: Providing regular reports on call outcomes, customer feedback, and sales performance to managers.
