The Role

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects that involve AI elements (RAG, automation tools, building agents, etc.)
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and clients to keep projects on track.
  • Break down client requirements into clear tasks and timelines.
  • Keep communication simple and straight to the point.
  • Handle projects in an environment where some experiments succeed and some don't.

What You'll Bring

  • Solid project management experience.
  • Understanding of how
    AI/ML projects differ from regular IT projects
    (data quality, training cycles, iteration-heavy).
  • Familiarity with
    LLM-based tools
    (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Anthropic, Bedrock, etc.).
  • Knowledge of
    RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
    and how it applies in enterprise use cases.
  • Ability to work with
    data pipelines
    and understand dependencies like preprocessing, APIs, and cloud hosting.
  • Comfortable with concepts like
    model evaluation, token usage, cost tracking, and compliance.
  • Strong sense of ownership, you're comfortable taking charge of delivery.
  • Good communication—you can explain things without jargon.
