As a Project Head you shall be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of a project, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets the quality standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout, achieving the project timeline.
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in line with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to monitor progress and ensure quality compliance.
  • Manage procurement, including bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor selection.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and change management to maintain financial targets.
  • Conduct site inspections to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure safety compliance & quality standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with teams and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as Project Head.
  • B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management/ related fields. (Professional certifications are a plus)
  • Experience in project management, construction management and resource allocation.
  • Experience in innovative construction technologies and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations in construction.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools and budgeting/cost estimation software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent project & problem management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks.
