We're looking for a Project Coordinator and Designer to execute various projects. The ideal candidate should manage multiple projects and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. A keen eye for detail and a passion for facilitating teamwork and strong communication within the project life cycle are crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities and information.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Able to prepare 2D & 3D drawing of house. (Exterior and Interior).
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans.
  • Monitor day to day emails and respond accordingly.
  • Prepare project schedules, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in project management or drafter.
  • Able to read plans, elevations and sections.
  • Have a knowledge of Civil Engineering Software like Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, etc.
  • Familiar with construction methods and materials.
  • Able to speak and write in English language.
  • Training will be provided.
  • No site work only office work.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14, ₹20,284.20 per month
