Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech

Experience - Minimum 6 Month–2 years

Job Description - Should have hands-on experience in MEPF drafting for US residential and commercial projects, with a strong understanding of inter-service coordination and detailed model development. The candidate must be capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with other disciplines to ensure accurate and coordinated deliverables.

Software Expertise - AutoCAD (Entry level)

Key Responsibilities for more benefit with us

Develop accurate 2D drawings and 3D MEP models using AutoCAD and Revit for USA and Australia projects.

Assist in creating coordinated shop drawings for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.

Follow ASHRAE, NEC, IPC, and Australian NCC standards under guidance (training provided if needed).

Update models/drawings based on markups, RFIs, redlines, and client feedback.

Maintain project documentation, naming standards, BIM execution requirements, and QA processes.

Collaborate with senior modellers, engineers, and coordination teams for clash-free designs.

Learn and implement BIM standards required for international projects.
