Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment & Sourcing:

  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Post job openings on job portals, company website, and other platforms.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media, and job portals.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

2.Screening & Interviewing:

  • Review resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews, screen candidates' qualifications, and assess cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

3.Candidate Management:

  • Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process and manage candidate expectations.

4.Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company's values, culture, and work environment to attract top talent.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding activities.

5.Onboarding:

  • Managing induction and on boarding formalities, Policy formulation and Process implementation

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. A Master's degree or recent graduate program completion is advantageous.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of work experience, internships, or projects in education, technology, business, or related areas is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and interact

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
