Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client companies to introduce manpower and recruitment services.
- Understand the company's hiring requirements (designation, number of candidates, salary, and location).
- Collect Job Descriptions (JD) and hiring criteria from the client.
- Discuss fees structure, payment terms, and replacement policy.
- Coordinate discussions and follow-ups for agreements and tie-ups.
- Collect HR/Owner contact details and visiting cards.
- Maintain client visit reports and update the office regularly.
- Share candidate CVs, schedule interviews, and follow up on the hiring process.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market surveys and generate leads for new client companies.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Convincing & negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- Field work & follow-up capability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
