Role Description: This is a full-time position ideal for a fresher HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for various positions. Key responsibilities include conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and handling outbound calls to potential candidates and clients.
