Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate GenAI Engineer with strong expertise in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building generative AI applications, integrating LLMs (Large Language Models), and working with modern AI frameworks and tools. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize intelligent solutions for real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.


• Fine-tune and integrate large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, etc.


• Work with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma) for semantic search and retrieval.


• Build conversational AI pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.


• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.


• Implement prompt engineering and optimize model performance for accuracy and efficiency.


• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in Generative AI, NLP, and ML.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• 3–4 years of experience in AI/ML development with focus on Generative AI.


• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.


• Solid understanding of NLP, embeddings, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).


• Hands-on experience with vector databases and LangChain/LlamaIndex.


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI solutions.


• Knowledge of API development & integration for AI services.


• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:


• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker).


• Knowledge of multi-modal AI (text, image, audio).


• Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL workflows.


• Contribution to open-source AI projects.
