Job description

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to build and deploy agentic AI solutions using generative models (LLMs, diffusion, etc.). You will design intelligent agents capable of reasoning, tool use, and autonomous decision-making in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, fine-tune, and integrate generative AI models.
  • Design multi-agent systems with memory, planning, and tool usage.
  • Implement orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.).
  • Integrate with APIs, vector DBs, and retrieval pipelines.
  • Optimize for performance, reliability, and safety.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Transformers, PyTorch).
  • Experience with LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agent architectures.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions leveraging generative models such as LLMs and diffusion techniques.
  • Develop, fine-tune, and integrate cutting-edge generative AI models to create intelligent agents capable of reasoning, tool use, and autonomous decision-making.
  • Design and implement multi-agent systems that incorporate memory management, planning capabilities, and effective tool usage for real-world applications.
  • Utilize orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen to streamline AI workflows and enhance system interoperability.
  • Integrate AI solutions with APIs, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines to enhance data utilization and application performance.
  • Optimize models and architectures for performance, reliability, and safety to ensure robust AI system functionality.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure alignment on AI project goals and deliverables.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI to drive continuous innovation and improvement.
