Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure,Generative AI, and cloud-native development. This role is ideal for someone who can design,

implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI and related services. Youll be working on RAG pipelines, enterprise integrations, and AI-enhanced applications that scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI applications leveraging Azure OpenAI Service, App Services, Logic Apps, and Cognitive Search.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and semantic search.
  • Engineer, optimize, and test prompts for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Integrate Gen AI workflows into enterprise-grade applications (APIs, chatbots, copilots,automation solutions).
  • Work with PostgreSQL / RDBMS for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
  • Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate AI concepts into production-ready features.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI solutions in cloud environments.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune deployed Gen AI models and pipelines for accuracy and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software development experience with Python/JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services: Logic Apps, App Services, Cognitive Search, Azure OpenAI.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or Azure Cognitive Search).
  • Proven skills in Prompt Engineering and prompt optimization techniques (few-shot, role-based, chain-of-thought).
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL / RDBMS with query optimization and schema design.
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Familiarity with DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Exposure to MLOps practices (MLflow, monitoring, versioning).
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and workflow orchestration.
  • Prior experience deploying chatbots, copilots, or AI assistants in production.
