About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Gen-AI Developer to lead delivery teams in building cutting-edge backend systems and Generative AI solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring scalable deployments, robust integrations, and high-quality delivery .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple delivery pods developing scalable GenAI and API services.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies standups, sprints, retrospectives, and Jira workflows.
  • Oversee backend deployment, QA pipelines, and security reviews.
  • Coordinate integration of RAG APIs and Vector Database pipelines.
  • Promote code quality, CI/CD automation, and modern engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to implement innovative GenAI features.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 59 years of experience in Backend Engineering & AI-driven projects.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI frameworks (LLMs, RAG, Vector DBs).
  • Proficiency in Java / Python / and Microservices architecture.
  • Cloud deployment expertise on AWS (ECS, S3, CloudWatch), Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, QA automation.
  • Familiarity with security practices access control, endpoint protection, compliance awareness.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

  • AI Productivity Stack: GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, Codiga.
  • Agile Tools: Jira, Confluence.
